Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term brand marketing objectives and strategies.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Plan and monitor Advertising & Promotion spending within budget to achieve the yearly goals.
- Analyse effectiveness and impact of current Advertising & Promotion marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Conceptualize and formulate new product development (NPD) and administer all NPD projects
- Work closely with the Sales Department on the implementation and management of brand promotions and activities, trade events and communications campaigns.
- Lead and brief internal/external Designers in developing creative ideas for the production of marketing and promotional material including but not limited to brochures, bunting, online content and print advertisement.
- Manage and build social media platforms to ensure brands are always connecting to the consumers effectively.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the FMCG field or equivalent
- A high level of analytical and communication skills are essential for this role
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong command of business communication languages - English and Bahasa Malaysia
