Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare a full set of monthly closing account, analysis and related report.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Monitoring bank book.
- Prepare weekly cashflow.
- Prepare yearly tax computation.
- Prepare proposal for yearly sum insured of general insurance.
- Accounts Payable, ensure payments comply with approval and documentation and perform data entries for invoice, payment voucher, credit note etc.
- Ensure timely, proper accounting entries posting into the accounting system.
- Responsible of petty cash reimbursement and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and correct submission of SST and company tax instalment.
- Liaison with internal and external parties such as auditor, tax agent, banker etc.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum SPM/Advanced/Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu in both verbal and written.
- Able to command in Chinese will be added advantage.
- Required Skill(s): IFCA P Plus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Great analytical skills.
- Able to possess strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible.
