* Human Resources task Payroll Management : Handling payroll processes. Hiring Foreign Workers: Managing the recruitment and onboarding of foreign staff. Work Permit Renewals : Overseeing the renewal of work permits for foreign employees. MyXPAT Renewals: Managing renewals through the MyXPAT system. Expatriate Services Division (ESD) System: Familiarity with the ESD system for expatriate management. HRD : Training and grant application management. (Overseeing training programs) Monthly Compliance: Ensuring timely submission of EPF, SOCSO & EIS, PCB, and HRD payments before the 15th of each month. Hiring : Managing the recruitment process and onboarding new employees. Orientation Training: Conducting orientation and training programs for new hires. Circular Letters and Memos: Preparing and distributing official communications. Public Holiday Announcements : Informing employees about public holidays or revise work schedule Warnings: Issuing formal warnings as part of disciplinary procedures. Foreign Worker Hostel Permits : Managing permits for foreign worker accommodations. Terminations: Handling the process and documentation for employee terminations. Food Manufacturing Industry: Internal Auditor : Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Halal certification, HACCP, GMP, and Mesti standards.
