Job Scope:
- Generate sales and support sales operation.
- Research prospects, generate leads, and maintain a database.
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and manage the sales process using specific software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings and actively attend events to generate leads and meet potential customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in the wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Own transportation required.
- Strong people management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven track record in sales with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
