Job Scope:

  • Generate sales and support sales operation.
  • Research prospects, generate leads, and maintain a database.
  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and manage the sales process using specific software.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and actively attend events to generate leads and meet potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience in the wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Own transportation required.
  • Strong people management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven track record in sales with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects is a plus.
  • Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
