Job Responsibilities
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- collaborate with the internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to address client needs and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and coordinate year-end audit schedules, documents, and taxation matters by liaising with the auditors and tax agents.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
- Any other duties/tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Responsible, committed, and punctual at delivering work
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting & Payroll System Software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
