Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
• collaborate with the internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to address client needs and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and coordinate year-end audit schedules, documents, and taxation matters by liaising with the auditors and tax agents.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Responsible, committed, and punctual at delivering work
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting & Payroll System Software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
