JOB OVERVIEW:
The General Manager of a Restaurant/ Bar/ Club is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Restaurant/ Bar/ Club operations, ensuring the highest levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency. This leadership role involves managing staff, coordinating activities and services, maintaining the facilities, and implementing policies that align with the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club's standards and goals. The General Manager reports to the Board of Directors and works to ensure a welcoming, enjoyable, and exclusive environment for all members.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club , including dining services, bar setting, facilities, event planning, and administrative functions.
•Ensure that all Restaurant/ Bar/ Club facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
•Foster strong relationships with club members, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
•Plan and oversee special events, tournaments, and activities that cater to the interests of the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club's members.
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members.
•Represent the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club in the community and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
•Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Restaurant/ Bar/ Club staff, ensuring high performance and member satisfaction.
•Promote a positive and professional work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
•Develop and manage the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
•Monitor revenue and expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee membership sales and retention efforts to maintain and grow the club’s membership base.
•Implement and enforce Restaurant/ Bar/ Club policies, rules, and regulations.
•Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
•Work with the management team to develop long-term strategic plans for the Restaurant/ Bar/ Club's growth and development.
•Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Restaurant/ Bar/ Club's services and operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a Restaurant/ Bar/ Club , hospitality, or related industry (4 stars and above preferred).
•Proven track record of successful financial and staff management.
•Strong understanding of Restaurant/ Bar/ Club operations, including food and beverage, facilities management, and member services.
•Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
•Strong marketing and public relations abilities.
•Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
