  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You have come across an interesting job opportunity! Here's a summary of what the role entails:

  • The Human Resources Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters
  • Ensure the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date
  • Update employee’s movement through SAP System (e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation)
  • Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letter being signed within defined SLA (e.g. employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter)
  • Work closely with country HR and Section Admin on contract renewal and probation process until completion
  • Provide HR monthly reporting according to scheduled report list and ad-hoc report as and when required
  • Execute daily /weekly data Quality Control (QC) framework and revert result

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent
  • Fluency in Mandarin language is a must as this role required to provide HR support to global employees from China
  • Enthusiastic, detailed oriented and good organization skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
