- Acquisitions are completed in fair and equitable manner
- procerument practices and processes are in compliance with company policy, applicable goverment legislation and any law and regulations governing the purchase.
- managing the competitive bidding process & search sourcing and expedite orders.
- develop, review and updating procurement process and documentation.
- develop and manage supplier relationships & price negotiation
- client resource - managing and reporting on procurement expenditures
- establishing and development of product standars.
- manage ERP system for purchasing part.
- review purchase requisition and coordinate with requester for any clarifications
- process requisition form, purchase orders & bid requests
- D/O & invoice matching with P/O for payment purpose
- Liaise with suppliers for products price & quality issues
- Meet new suppliers to increase sourcing range
- Get the inventories update of raw materials/packaging materials/finished good materials from respective depatment to make sure the stock is meet the demand
- Track the status of urgent orders.
- Liaison with other department particularly the accounting, manufacturing and store departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
