  • managing the competitive bidding process & search sourcing and expedite orders.
  • develop, review and updating procurement process and documentation.
  • develop and manage supplier relationships & price negotiation
  • client resource - managing and reporting on procurement expenditures
  • establishing and development of product standars.
  • manage ERP system for purchasing part.
  • review purchase requisition and coordinate with requester for any clarifications
  • process requisition form, purchase orders & bid requests
  • D/O & invoice matching with P/O for payment purpose
  • Liaise with suppliers for products price & quality issues
  • Meet new suppliers to increase sourcing range
  • Get the inventories update of raw materials/packaging materials/finished good materials from respective depatment to make sure the stock is meet the demand
  • Track the status of urgent orders.
  • Liaison with other department particularly the accounting, manufacturing and store departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
