What You'll Do:

• Channel Check: Keep our purchasing channels and suppliers in top shape.
• Market Maven: Understand product demands, industry trends, and make sure our quotations are spot on.
• Deal Maker: Negotiate with suppliers to cut costs and keep us ahead of the game.
• Regulation Researcher: Dive into import/export rules and discover new purchasing channels.
• Supplier Sleuth: Research suppliers, provide feedback on product samples, and help us choose the best.
• Data Detective: Analyze data on supplier products and present your findings.
• Paperwork Pro: Prepare all the necessary bidding materials and forms.
• Senior Guidance: Receive guidance from senior team members to accelerate your development.
• Team Player: Assist with other tasks as needed and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Diploma or higher in any field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in Purchasing, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
• Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Mandarin fluency is a plus!
• Analytical Ability: Data-driven with a passion for purchasing and quick learning.
• Self-Starter: Excellent execution, communication, and coordination skills.
• Transport: Must have your own ride.
