- In charge of sales for existing and new clients (developers, consultants, and contractors).
- Develop & maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers for long terms business prospects.
- Perform site evaluation to identify customer's needs, handling customer inquiries on engineering adaptations on cooling towers, and provide sales support which is involving in tendering process, proposal submission, and presentation.
- Track and follow-up upcoming projects and commercial developments.
- To achieve sales target for the given territory and achieve continuous personal and career growth by promoting company products to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, tender and contract terms as well as close deal with potential customers.
- Assist in payment collection from customers.
- Update sales forecast list weekly.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in any discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or its related.
- Min 2-year experience in sales related will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application.
- Able to accept challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, analytical, and good supporter of teamwork.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to liaise with all levels as well as customers.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on the job training will be provided.
