Account Executive

Account Executive / Senior (Salary from RM 3,000 to RM 6,000)

职责：
包括但不限于以下内容:

• 核对银行和供应商账户，记账并平衡总账；
• 处理付款，编制月度账户结算；
• 并确保公司在任何时候都拥有准确的财务报表与及时向管理层汇报;
• 解决客户组合出现的会计查询和问题;
• 确保会计信息的准确性、完整性和一致性；
• 及时编制月报与年度报表、银行对账和其他必要的报告;
• 准备文件与协助审计，以及公司所得税部门计算。
  

职位要求：

• 至少拥有财务/会计/审计或同等学历的相关文凭，或拥有马来西亚特许公认会计师协会（MICPA）、英国特许公认会计师协会（ACCA）、澳大利亚注册会计师协会（CPA Australia）或同等资格的专业证书；
• 鼓励应届毕业生申请；
• 能够同时处理多项任务并独立工作，具备独立思考和自我激励的能力；
• 熟悉 Intuit Quickbooks Online（QBO）和 Xero 将是额外的优势；
• 精通谷歌应用程序和智能手机，并熟练使用平板电脑等移动设备将是额外的优势；
• 英语和马来西亚语掌握能力良好。具备中文的口语和书写能力将是额外的优势。

Responsibilities:
Providing the services include but are not limited to the following:

• Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger;
• Processing payments, and compiling segments for monthly closings;
• Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues in client portfolios;
• Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information;
• Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other necessary reports;
• Assisting with document preparation and audits, and calculations for company income tax.
  

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent OR a professional qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Ability to multitask and work independently, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking and self-motivation;
• Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks Online (QBO) and Xero is an added advantage;
• Tech-savviness with knowledge of Google Applications and the use of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, are added advantages;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
