  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Actively monitor & improve Food Safety Management System from time to time, Production Planning, Manpower & Material Cost Control.
  • Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out accordingly.
  • Immediate feedback & action on non-conformities detected.
  • Review control effectiveness and suggest improvements and/or solutions.
  • Quality inspection from incoming materials till final output within specifications
  • Monitor stock inventory & quality, place order/GRN and update system.
  • Conduct moisture test after the drying process, to ensure specifications are met.
  • Preparation for export: apply CAIQ stickers, export permits & licence, gov web portal
  • Handle FSMS audits & surveillance: GMP, HACCP, VHM and Oversea regulators
  • Guide & monitor production team operations
  • Liaise with external & government parties, e.g.: MOH, DVS, logistics, suppliers and customers.
  • Provide briefing & training to new workers and/or other workers when necessary.
  • Monitor local & foreign workers production output & quality.
  • Any other tasks assigned by The Management

REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Food Science or Production related courses, welcome fresh graduates
  • Have own transport to travel for work purposes
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Alternate Saturday 8am-1pm
  • Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
