Key Task and Responsibilities
- Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion & etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO & LHDN
- Maintains management guideline and Human Resource Policies.
- Responsible for day to day administrative assignments given by superior.
- Maintain proper filing for all related documents
Requirement : Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/ Administrative
