  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking: Cool Hat aka Logistic Executive

Cool headed multi-tasker who is focused on ensuring customers have an amazing delivery experience without costing their peace of mind.

In This Role

As a Logistics Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies that align with our business objectives, while also fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity.

You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistic strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistic functions, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and custom clearance.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistic providers, transportation carriers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as customs regulations, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, transportation costs, and customer satisfaction to identity areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good customer relations by providing assistance to customers who are experiencing issues with delivery orders, such as rescheduling, late deliveries, missing packages and damaged goods.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s core and growth values in the performance of all job functions to show customers that we values their loyalty.
  • Other tasks as defined by the Company.
