Position: Beauty Advisor
Location: 1 Utama Shopping Center, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working days / Hours: (Need to work for all those dates)

1. Training : 30 September 2024 - 2 October 2024
2. Thursday to Sunday : 3 October 2024 - 6 October 2024
3. Thursday to Sunday : 10 October 2024 - 13 October 2024
4. Thursday to Sunday : 17 October 2024 - 20 October 2024

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, providing expert advice and personalized skincare solutions to customers. Your role is to deliver excellent customer service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales by offering professional skincare consultations and recommending products tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to assess their skincare concerns.
• Provide expert knowledge about brand products, ingredients, and their benefits.
• Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and skin types.
• Demonstrate the use of products and skincare routines, explaining the benefits of each step.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote brand loyalty and increase customer retention through excellent service and follow-up.
• Actively participate in in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to boost sales.
• Stay up-to-date on brand product lines, including new releases and best-sellers.
• Educate customers on key ingredients like retinol, antioxidants, and exfoliants, as well as brand philosophy of no-nonsense skincare.
• Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
• Manage stock levels and inform management when inventory needs replenishment.
• Build strong client relationships by providing personalized skincare solutions and follow-up consultations.
• Maintain client records for future reference and product recommendations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in beauty retail, preferably in skincare.
• Strong knowledge and passion for skincare and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Candidate MUST BE able to work during through whole contract period.
