JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Meeting and greeting customers who enter the showroom in a welcoming and helpful way
2. Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
3. Helping customers sort out and process their financing and purchase options based on their specific situation
4. Responsible for the sales of new Proton cars and initiating sales activities
5. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales targets
6. Participate in sales activities, launching events and road shows
7. Manage the delivery process of new cars to customers
8. Making sure the cars on display are in good order and well cared (warm up car’s engine
frequently)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide information and other services such as promote car parts, car servicing etc
2. Approach customers and offer them advice on Proton products to persuade them to buy
3. Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and fill up the indemnity form per best practices
4. Monitor and follow up on spare parts back order to ensure timely resolution
5. Do digital marketing and on ground activities to attract prospects enquiries
6. Update customer regularly on vehicle purchases status
7. Help to maintain and achieve Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) as per target set.
8. Enhance dealership reputation by driving the sales activities endlessly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
