Job Description

  • Provide good customer service for all visitors, managements and employees.
  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Assists in employee welfare and relations.
  • To manage administration of office supplies, canteen related matter, general cleaning & landscaping matter.
  • To arrange flight booking.
  • To upkeep filing documents (hardcopy/softcopy).
  • To assist in organizing company event and program.
  • To assist Executive/Manager of General Affairs.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above).
  • Good interpersonal skill, able to interact well with all levels of personnel (Top managements and all workers).
  • Proficiency in basic computing: MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
  • Basic customer service knowledge.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
