Responsibilities:
- To provide technical advice with regards to products/systems/ applications to existing and potential customers.
- To promote and sell robots/used robots, spare parts, solutions or service-related training as well as any possibilities for upgrading and contract servicing to customers.
- To assist Customer Service Department to identify key potential customers and to secure more order intakes to meet departmental annual budget.
- Involve in customer relationship management by maintaining strong business relationships and customer satisfaction through frequent site visits and gather prompt feedbacks.
- Being the key interface between internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for weekly submission of CS reports.
- Handling the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Electronic /Mechanical /Mechatronic /Electromechanical /Welding) or equivalent.
- 2-3 Year(s) of working experience preferred, specialising in service or sales engineering or robotics.
- Have solid experiences in robotic applications or other automated systems.
- Knowledge in PLC (TwinCAT),KUKA mXautomation, JAVA programming, welding, is an added advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English with robust communication abilities. Additionally, possess proficiency in Chinese, which is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, long hours and on weekends (if necessary).
- Team player but also capable to work independently.
- Proactive attitude, good time management and strong customer focus.
- Possesses own transport and willingness to travel.
