- Responsible for all the HR Activities.

- Handle monthly payroll, staff expense claims and statutory bodies for employees.
- Contribute to the preparation of employee training and personnel development plan.
- Responsible for the HRDF matter such as submission of grant application and claims.
- To ensure accomplishment of staff appraisal and objective setting campaign.
- To monitor staff leave record and staff attendance.
- To ensure OCS database is updated accurately and on time.
- To ensure staff personal file is well organized and maintain up to date.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR budget.
- Responsible for the HR Reporting.
- Responsible for the management and staff travel arrangement.
- Responsible for work permit application/renewal for expatriate.
- To ensure that all of the staff adhere to the company’s HR policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management / Business Studies.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in human resource.
- Knowledgeable in Labour laws and regulations.
- Work location at Gelang Patah, Johor.
