Job Description:

  • Manage HR processes, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee asset management, leave records, and the preparation of employment-related letters.
  • Assist in employee disciplinary and performance management processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee the employee exit process.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects related to human resources as required.
  • Manage general office administration, including facilities management, procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and equipment repairs.
  • Oversee office expenses and budget management.
  • Review, verify, and approve staff expense claims and leave.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of local employment laws.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Monthly Remuneration: RM5500 ~ RM6500 + Parking Subsidy
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 12 PM - 9 PM
  • Work Location: Menara Suezcap 1 , Kuala Lumpur (accessible via LRT University)
