SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • To prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory forms etc.
  • Assist in lodgement of documents with relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for all corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the Companies Act.
  • To assist the Company Secretary in managing administrative functions.
  • Greeting visitors and clients with professional and courteous manner.
  • To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required.
  • Effectively managing a portfolio of clients, engaging, and retaining them.
  • Developing new client relationships to ensure business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent professional qualifications (ICSA / MAICSA).
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in secretarial field or accounting firm.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MBRS & MyCoID.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred).
    Good analytical and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently, work well under pressure and work as a Team.
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
