SCOPE OF WORKS:
- To prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory forms etc.
- Assist in lodgement of documents with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
- Maintain and update the statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for all corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the Companies Act.
- To assist the Company Secretary in managing administrative functions.
- Greeting visitors and clients with professional and courteous manner.
- To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required.
- Effectively managing a portfolio of clients, engaging, and retaining them.
- Developing new client relationships to ensure business growth.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration or equivalent professional qualifications (ICSA / MAICSA).
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in secretarial field or accounting firm.
- Familiarity with MS Office, MBRS & MyCoID.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred).
Good analytical and time management skills. - Able to work independently, work well under pressure and work as a Team.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
