Responsibilities:
- Perform hearing aids and accessories sales
- Answer phone calls, reply customer’s messages
- Response to inquiries and provide information to customers
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment system
- Collecting payments and issuing receipt
- Assist audiologist in testing or consultation procedures.
- Maintain general appearance of outlet tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum SPM certificate
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, Bahasa Malaysia language as an added advantages
- Polite and able to interact with customers profesionally.
- Independant and willing to learn new things
- Welcome part-time/student/fresh graduates
- No experienced needed. Training will be provided
- Can comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).
