Responsibilities:
- Assisting all other chef to ensure that the designated station is properly set up and operating as schedule.
- Preparing (washing, peeling and chopping) all food items in designated station.
- Ensuring right product quantity, full adherence to recipes and standards in food quality.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Guaranteeing safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are present at all time.
- Maintaining all station’s equipment in safe working condition.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work under pressure, faster learner and independent.
- Experience working in central kitchen is preferred
- Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Hardworking and willing to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,250.00 per month
