  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SHIPPING EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Manage daily shipping operations, including handling import and export documentation and securing necessary permits from authorities
  • Ensure that all shipping arrangement adhere to regulatory requirements and work procedures with particular attention to shipping documentation
  • Plan and coordinate transportation to meet delivery deadlines and oversee shipping arrangments for both import and export shipments
  • Local transportation arrangement
  • To execute & handle import & export activity and documents including coordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transport and storage
  • Ensure documents and operations process comply to Customs & other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance
  • To keep customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and current status as well as answering customer’s enquiry in a promptly manner
  • Knowledge of CIF, FOB, K2, licensing etc
  • To issue DO (Delivery Order), Packing List etc
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors/management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in shipping or related
  • Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel), SQL
  • Possess interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers
  • Aggressive and able to work independently
  • Experience with Custom and Import & Export Documentation
  • Preferable candidate able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
