  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coordinating crew movement/crew change and local agent to ensure smooth crew change for offshore personnel
  • Coordinating marine vessels inward / outward / custom clearance in Sarawak
  • Assist to applying SWP –Sarawak Working Permit for foreigners who will enter Sarawak water to carry out their duties onboard our barge/ship under theproject in Miri/Bintulu
  • Coordinating with head office and local food supplier for supplying food provisions for both marine spreads and mother barge
  • Coordinating with local agent for 3rd parties materials/ spare parts clearances which air freight/sea freight from other country into Malaysia and deliver same to the respective vessels/barge in offshore via all means
  • Preparing cost estimation for destination custom clearances & delivery charges for all the materials which will be shipped neither air / sea freight to the country of the particular project
  • Prepare schedule/instruction for crew boat / supply boat to be in line with the needs of offshore operations under the project.
  • Coordinating with local Hotel / transportation company for providing accommodation rooms / transportation for joining crew/personnel & signing off crew/personnel.
  • Prepare joining/signing off personnel list so agent can proceed with the necessary sign on / off arrangement before the crew /personnel can embark/disembark the crew boat.
  • Assist in sourcing materials / spare parts in local market when there is requirement from offshore project team.
  • Monitor cargo loading / unloading from yard to vessel and vice versa
  • Assist in negotiating with local vendors/suppliers when required some local supplies urgently
  • Ad-hoc issue by the employer
  • The candidate can speak Chinese preferably,must have the experience in offshore oil and gas
  • Location: Bintulu
