  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for clerical work or activities in the ward, clinic, or any assigned area;
  • Reports to the Nursing Manager at the start of duty to receive necessary instructions;
  • Carries out duties in accordance with statutory competencies, appropriate extended roles, and maintains codes of professional conduct;
  • Responsible for data entry for all patients who have undergone surgeries and procedures in the OT;
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentation in patients' folders after operations;
  • Promotes and maintains a safe and comfortable environment in the assigned area;
  • Adopts a caring approach towards patients and relatives and communicates effectively;
  • Responsible for answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette in the work area;
  • Assists the OT Nursing Manager with statistical data entry regarding cancellations or postponements of OT cases, types of surgeries performed, monthly OT statistics, etc.;
  • Responsible for compiling patients' medical records before sending them to the ward;
  • Ensures the department is clean and tidy;
  • Maintains a professional attitude in the workplace and towards clients;
  • Interacts well with other members of the healthcare team and practices teamwork for the best interest of the patient;
  • Assists in stock keeping and checking items assigned by the OT Nursing Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
