Job Responsibilities:
- Data collection and data preparation on project related processes, financial matters for financial analysis and other relevant business-related analysis.
- Assist in various data research and analysis on financial performance.
- Design business process documents and other necessary documents.
- Assist in the compilation of documents through liaison with inter-departments.
- Demonstrate project management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional team and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely and consistent communication with stakeholders on project status.
- Participate in problem solving efforts and play an active role during internal discussions with team leader.
- Assist on change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other related fields.
- Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to multi-task across projects
