Job Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and data preparation on project related processes, financial matters for financial analysis and other relevant business-related analysis.
  • Assist in various data research and analysis on financial performance.
  • Design business process documents and other necessary documents.
  • Assist in the compilation of documents through liaison with inter-departments.
  • Demonstrate project management skills, including effective communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and consistent communication with stakeholders on project status.
  • Participate in problem solving efforts and play an active role during internal discussions with team leader.
  • Assist on change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other related fields.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to multi-task across projects
