Responsibilities:
- Handling walk-in customers, incoming calls, and other communications
- Managing the filing system
- Recording information as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and processing work
- Performing general office clerical duties and running errands
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database
Requirement:
- At least 2 year of working in administration
- Minimum Diploma in a related field
- Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel
- Willing to work in Kuantan
- Own transport is required
- Required Languages: Mandarin, English & Malay
- Proficient in reading Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires the use of a Chinese reimbursement system for claim submission
