  • Able to handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL & Bank Reconciliation) of the company.
  • Handle employees' monthly claims, attendance and leaves.
  • To prepare and generate report relating to stock for management review.
  • To audit PI and identify discrepancies.
  • To prepare payment vouchers, debit note, credit note etc. for Team Leader/Manager to verify.
  • Key in financial data transaction entry in the accounting system.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and undertake projects as and when assigned by management
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company.
  • Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Candidate must be able to work in Sepang and possess own transport.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, disciplined, good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Good command in both spoken & written English & Mandarin.
  • Priority will be given to those that are able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm).
