- Able to handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL & Bank Reconciliation) of the company.
- Handle employees' monthly claims, attendance and leaves.
- To prepare and generate report relating to stock for management review.
- To audit PI and identify discrepancies.
- To prepare payment vouchers, debit note, credit note etc. for Team Leader/Manager to verify.
- Key in financial data transaction entry in the accounting system.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and undertake projects as and when assigned by management
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company.
- Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Candidate must be able to work in Sepang and possess own transport.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, disciplined, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Good command in both spoken & written English & Mandarin.
- Priority will be given to those that are able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm).
