Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative PR specializing in influencer marketing and social media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the fashion industry, trends, influencer management, and marketing. They will play a pivotal role in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers whose style aligns with Jump From Paper's aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Identification:
- Research and identify influencers on various social media platforms whose style aligns with Jump From Paper’s brand.
- Use tools and platforms to track relevant influencers and emerging trends in the fashion industry.

2. Outreach and Negotiation:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with identified influencers.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, including content creation, promotion, and partnerships.

3. Content Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers to plan and coordinate content creation, including photoshoots, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure that influencer-generated content aligns with Jump From Paper’s brand values and messaging.

4. Video Production Communication:
- Liaise with influencers and internal teams to coordinate video production efforts.
- Provide support and assistance during video shoots to ensure content quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

5. Sample Tracking and Management:
- Manage the distribution and tracking of product samples to influencers.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and follow up to confirm receipt and usage.

6. Copywriting:
- Write compelling and engaging copy for various purposes, including email marketing campaigns, press releases, social media post captions, and product descriptions.
- Ensure all written content maintains a consistent brand voice and message.

Requirements:

- Passion for the fashion industry, trends, influencer management, and marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, PR, or copywriting is preferred.
