(1) Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • To monitor competitors’ campaign and provide reporting.
  • To work closely with FB agency to collect and verify customers’ database information and enquiries.
  • To assist in handling festive campaign POSM and deployment for showroom.
  • To assist in POSM inventories and stock count on monthly basis.
  • To assist in proof reading PR and POSM materials prior to publications on Web and print.
  • To assist in vehicles management, allocation and monitoring for campaign and test drive usage.
  • To assist in filing of regional marketing documents after approval by management.
  • To assist in preparing report for regional marketing dealer’s analysis.
  • Assist in collect, update and verify database collected through company marketing campaign.
  • To check with suppliers and dealers on POSM billing and to liaise with Finance on clearance.

Job Requirement:

  • Pursuing Degree study in Business, Marketing, or relevant program.
  • Good knowledge in Marketing and Business operations knowledge.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good planning skills and follow up skills.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.

(2) Dealer Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily administrative matters for Dealer Management Department.
  • To assist in filing documents, data entry & dealer’s claim submission.
  • To assist in compiling data, data analysis and preparing sales related reports or materials.
  • To assist in corresponding with dealers on administration matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing Degree study in Business, Marketing, or relevant program.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good follow up skills and business operations knowledge.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.

(3) Treasury & Taxation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial process such as payment, receivables and reporting.
  • Assist in handling administrative matters such as filing documents.
  • Assist in digitisation of documents.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing Diploma/ Degree study in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, Management or relevant program.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
