Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to statutory financial reporting process and tax statutory submission.
• Continuously update and implement all necessary business policies, governance and controls of taxation, finance and accounting practices.
• Collate all financial reporting materials, analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitoring and planning of cash flow position and also preparation of cash flow projections.
• Lead the entire budgeting process and present to the management for approval on a yearly basis.
• Report on the actual financial performances against budget and prepare variance reports.
• Compute the tax estimate and revise the CP204 tax installment accordingly.
• Responsible for the tax computation prepared by the tax agent.
• Directs and participates in cost analyses and productivity studies.
• Coordinates preparation for the annual audit process and materials, liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage finance function migration to SAP S4 Hana.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant or Certified Public Accountant will be considered as added advantage.
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
• Familiar with latest IT tools.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
