  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and execute daily trade and loan transactions;
  • Organize daily work flow and system to ensure timeline is met in accordance to the cut-off time and perform end-of-day reconciliation;
  • Check and authorize all transactions in accordance to the authorization limits;
  • Ensure compliance with the related policy, procedures and manual at all times with no breaches;
  • To comply and abide by the requirement of the AML/CFT
  • To complete and/or update relevant reports accurately and on timely basis;
  • To review and update the Trade and Loan Manual to reflect the updated processes and practise;
  • Work closely with the Business and Business Support Units to achieve the required turnaround time and customer’s expectation without compromising on the Bank’s interest.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 5 years
    • of experience in Trade Financing and Loan operations;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
    • Computer literate with good command in MS Office;
    • Preferably able to read and write Mandarin.
