  • Handle customers sales enquiries/tender, raise sales quotation & follow up sales order status, delivery arrangement and other requirements.
  • Respond customer’s queries & complaints products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle / file sales documents according to company procedure
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of ongoing jobs or customer order and update the sales or services as well as customer where necessary.
  • Responsible in managing Logistics for oversea and local delivery arrangement
  • Follow up outstanding payment as per approved payment terms.
  • Perform any other administration duties as and when the management required from time to time.
  • Assist in laboratory’s ISO 17025 documentation and maintenance.
  • Undertake various other administration duties, ad hoc function, and related duties as and when required.
