Job / Function Purpose :
Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company KPIs in term of VNB and manpower.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute strategies plans for business development to ensure all assign KPIs in respective branch are achieve.
- Providing sales support to agents to ensure high performance and implement remedial action where necessary.
- Provide guidance and counseling to agents, including mediating agency disputes.
- Execution of agency development programs i.e. TMC, TMP by monitoring and tracking of performance. Conducting daily/weekly meeting on activity management.
- Coordinate with Head Office for effective execution of business development related activities including sales/product promotions and contest, road shows, new product launches, annual agency awards, agency tour and etc.
- Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in handling agents in insurance or other related industry.
