Job Function:
- Events & Tours Management for Agency
- Planning & Support in Agency Campaigns/Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of vendors & suppliers for the Campaigns' rewards & incentives. Always the main liaison with all external vendors/suppliers.
- To develop agency contests’ promotional materials i.e. Teaser, Facebook content, newsletter
- To handle agency main events i.e. AAP, Kick-Off, campaign launching - physical and virtual platform
- To assist and support in agency tour preparation work
- To assist in developing and communicating projects’ concepts effectively to vendors/suppliers i.e. prepare project briefs, artworks etc
- To assist in the department’s BAUs:
- To ensure Agency Circular are properly uploaded into the Agency Portal
- To assist in preparing vendors’/suppliers’ registration, purchase requisition, payment etc
- To assist in liaising with relevant parties to obtain informati
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with good communications and good people skill
- Full-Time position(s) available.
