Job Function:

  • Events & Tours Management for Agency
  • Planning & Support in Agency Campaigns/Incentives
  • Agency Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of vendors & suppliers for the Campaigns' rewards & incentives. Always the main liaison with all external vendors/suppliers.
  • To develop agency contests’ promotional materials i.e. Teaser, Facebook content, newsletter
  • To handle agency main events i.e. AAP, Kick-Off, campaign launching - physical and virtual platform
  • To assist and support in agency tour preparation work
  • To assist in developing and communicating projects’ concepts effectively to vendors/suppliers i.e. prepare project briefs, artworks etc
  • To assist in the department’s BAUs:
  • To ensure Agency Circular are properly uploaded into the Agency Portal
  • To assist in preparing vendors’/suppliers’ registration, purchase requisition, payment etc
  • To assist in liaising with relevant parties to obtain informati

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably with good communications and good people skill
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
