Job Description:
- To attend to all secretarial and administrative support duties for a Senior Management position in the Company.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, agendas, correspondences and various reports.
- Ensure that all HODs provide a timely update/reports.
- Coordinate and schedule for appointments, meetings, travelling arrangements and booking arrangements.
- Supervise the Personal Driver.
- Maintain an accurate filing system of documentations and correspondences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and business associates.
- Undertake any other special assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma in Executive Secretaryship, Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Possess minimum 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
