We are seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead our partnership efforts, expand Payzana’s market presence, and foster long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business partnerships to drive Payzana’s growth in Botswana and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, and marketing) to ensure the seamless integration of new partnerships.
- Oversee all aspects of API integration and technical collaborations with partners.
- Manage client relationships to ensure the long-term success of partnerships.
- Stay current with fintech trends to inform strategic business development decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within fintech or technology-related industries.
- Basic understanding of API integration and technical collaboration in business partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to lead successful partnership agreements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams to align business development initiatives.
