Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to stay within financial guidelines.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant government regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with proven experience in residential, commercial, or HDB projects.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage large project teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and safety regulations.
