Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs to stay within financial guidelines.

- Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with relevant government regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with proven experience in residential, commercial, or HDB projects.
- Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage large project teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and safety regulations.
