PRJOECT EXECUTIVE

1) Foster and maintain a good and harmonious working relationship between
the Management, sub-contractors and site labour force.

2) Know and fully understand scope of work.

3) Preparation and familiarisation of all plans, specifications, bills of quantity and engineering drawings.

4) Organize the manning levels required for the site and ensure they are efficient and proficient to carry out specialist work.

5) Check accesses to site and space limitation on site for material storage and control.

6) Organize delivery of materials to site for efficient start-up.

7) Check facilities required for site (power, tool sheds, etc.)

8) Be familiar with Form 058 & Form 058A

9) Re-assess estimates Form 058/ Form 058A after site investigation and obtaining
further details.

10) Form 058 & Form 058A should be revised to show known losses and gains with
reference to labour requirements, material supply, sub-contractors, etc. prior to commencement of project.

11) WILLING TO TRAVEL (LANGKAWI)
