Trainer for Food Handler Trainer

*Position: Trainer for Food Handler Training Course*

*Job Scope:*

1. *Conduct Training Sessions:* Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on food handling practices, hygiene, and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

2. *Participant Engagement:* Interact with course participants to ensure understanding of course material, answer questions, and provide guidance on best practices in food safety.

3. *Customer Interaction:* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific training needs, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

4. *Food Safety Coaching Program:* Facilitate food safety coaching programs aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of food safety principles and promoting compliance with regulatory standards.

5. *Content Development:* Collaborate with the content development team to update and enhance training materials, ensuring alignment with current regulations and industry best practices.

6. *Evaluation and Feedback:* Assess participant performance through tests, quizzes, and practical demonstrations, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

7. *Documentation and Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and performance evaluations. Generate reports as required to track progress and compliance.

8. *Continuous Learning:* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in food safety management to continually enhance training programs and curriculum.

**Qualifications:

- Must hold certificate as a Food Handler Trainer from KKM
- Strong background in food safety management and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering training programs and engaging diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
