Extrusion Engineer / Assistant Engineer

• Responsible for the start-up and troubleshooting of extrusion product to ensure fulfil customer requirement and product quality.
• Responsible for extruding new products, testing and mass production.
• Responsible for upper/lower dies and daily maintenance of extrusion dies.
• Responsible in process parameter troubleshooting and provide support on maintenance task.
• Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.
• Responsible on extrusion engineering 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard.
• Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
