The Role

As a Brand Manager, you will need:

Brand Strategy and Brand Identity:

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market positioning, while maintaining and evolving the brand's identity and fostering innovation to stay ahead of trends.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the annual budget in alignment with the company’s financial objectives and brand strategy. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns such as brand activation, brand collaboration, event and promotion across various channels to drive brand funnels.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, overseeing the brand's KPI tracking activities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data and provide high-level insights, while delegating detailed analysis to cross-departments.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports for senior management, incorporating inputs from cross-departments.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a retail or e-commerce role would be an advantage.
  • Self-managed and possess excellent communication and branding skillsets.
  • Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates as we need to liaise with our Mandarin-speaking colleagues.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)
