  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an EHS Technician (3 pax) responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations in a Semiconductor Plant. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to conduct various inspections and reviews related to fire safety, Permit-To-Work (PTW) review, and routine EHS walkabouts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine safety walkabouts to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment.
  • Monitor vendors/contractors on monthly inspection and verification.
  • Review Permit-To-Work, ensuring safety measures before authorizing work in high-risk areas or with hazardous materials.
  • Conduct general monthly inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
  • Skilled in using designing tools is highly advantageous.
  • Practical skills for minor repairs and hands-on tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage openly with others.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proactive attitude towards safety and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Safety & Health, environment, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year experience in manufacturing plant/factory.
  • Experience in chemical plants, electrical & electronic industry, or construction sites is highly an added value.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
