Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our restaurant and driving customer engagement. You will develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage social media presence, and collaborate with the team to enhance our brand visibility and customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials
  Research, plan, develop, publish, and evaluate content on company social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase company and brand awareness.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Identify customers’ needs to generate highly engaging social media topics and content that can amplify the key brand messages and reinforce the brand image.
• Build and maintain a brand community by engage with customers through social media, company website.
• Manage relationships with partners, influencer, KOL to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Assist in conceptualizing and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and launches.
• Working with in-house designer and produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
  Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing / Digital Media and Design / Communication or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Marketing or equivalent.
• Possess positive & aggressive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English.
• Able to multi-task, proactive, creative and meticulous.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
