RETAIL SUPERVISOR / EXECUTIVE (Kota Kinabalu)

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Guide, inspire, and energize the sales team to reach store objectives and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Sales Management: Craft and execute plans to boost sales, enhance profitability, and achieve financial goals.
• Customer Service: Guarantee excellent service for all customers and promptly address any issues that arise.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory processes, including stock levels, ordering, and preventing losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's visual setup aligns with brand standards, optimizing displays to increase sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, and nurture employees, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess store and employee performance, providing feedback and coaching for ongoing improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the store's budget, managing expenses, payroll, and sales forecasts effectively.
• Reporting: Compile and deliver reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
