  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Daily Duties

- Client servicing and technical support through the General hotline for product, account and POEMS platforms

- Record every client’s call in POEMS Admin System

- Handling email enquiries through POEMS/TalktoPhillip

- Recommend solutions to improve client journey and streamline processes

- Updating of POEMS website information

- Logfile retrieval

- Presales referral

- Daily sharing of key feedbacks from clients among the team members

- Ensure compliance to the following:-

1) SFA Act 42 of 2001 - Notice on prevention of Money Laundering for Holders of A Capital Market Services Licence.

2) SGX-ST Rule 12.3 Customer Account and Practice Note 12.3.1 Verification Procedure in Respect of Customer's Identity

3) Central Depository Ltd - Account Maintenance Section

Weekly Duties

- Prepare and share the list of feedback gathered from clients, and suggestions to improve client journey.

- Share and update the progress in any projects participated.

Monthly Duties

- Prepare the complaint log, if any.

- Collate and analyze clients feedback on platforms issues and communicate to business development team and IT department.

- Share and update the progress in any projects participated.

Quarterly Duties

- Go through the OKRs of the department to measure how close we are towards the milestone.

Half-Yearly Duties

- Conduct the Risk Control Self-Assessment on key processes

Yearly Duties

- Review and update the Operations and Compliance Manual (OCM)

Ad-Hoc Duties

- Attend products related training and Service improvement training

- Back up for POEMS counters maintenance duty

- System testing and troubleshooting

  • Shift: 2 shifts (Night Shift : 3.00 pm till 12AM) , (Day Shift : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm) with an hour break.
  • Saturday Shift (8.30 am-1.00pm) will take half day off the following week.
  • Bilingual (English and Chinese)
