  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 and L3 operational database support .
  • Monitor tickets (SR, Incident, Change request), acknowledge them timely, and assist within the agreed service level.
  • Maintain database configuration and documentation; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
  • Ensure service levels meet requirements. Take prompt action and propose and implement action plans when required.
  • Monitor and maintain databases according to standard operating procedures.
  • Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform performance tuning and resource optimization as required.
  • Maintain a knowledge base to ensure database intellectual property is retained.
  • Handle any other DB-related requests as needed.
  • Provide operational database support.
  • Follow security and audit guidelines.
  • Maintain Data Guard and ensure DR (Disaster Recovery) is synchronized at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain database backups.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or equivalent.
  • EDB Professional Certification.
  • Oracle Professional Certification.
  • MS SQL Professional Certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL (Standalone + Cluster), MySQL or MS SQL
  • Extensive experience in managing common database platforms
  • Experience in performing database patching, backup & recovery, as well as excellent troubleshooting
  • Willing to take up 7/24 shifts
