Job Description –Responsibilities:
Finance
- Supervise daily financial operations such as payroll and payment transactions.
- Prepare accurate monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Manage cash flow and credit control to meet business needs.
- Ensure proper financial controls, compliance with laws, and coordination with auditors and tax agents.
- Ensure full compliance with guideline, relevant laws and regulations, policy e.g. Approving Authority Policy, guidelines and ethical standards
Human Resources
- Oversee administrative HR functions including daily operations, recruitment, employee relations, SOP and Guideline and training.
- Handle manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and managing annual costs.
- Assist Head of Postal Forum on performance appraisals arrangements and training programs, including needs analysis and effectiveness evaluation.
- Any other HR tasks as required by Head of Postal Forum.
Administration and IT Support
- Coordinate and resolve incidents impacting business operations.
- Ensure effective technology and internet connectivity for all users and manage the Forum's website and vendor relations.
- Oversee departmental budgets, procurement, and provide secretarial support.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Required Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and human resources or finance/ IT Support/ procurement.
- Possess good interpersonal communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, independent &analytical.
- Strong leadership &managerial skills.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and creativity.
- Good time management, planning and organization skills.
- Excellent ability with Microsoft Office Applications; Outlook, Excel/Word, Powerpoint etc
