Job Description –Responsibilities:

Finance

  • Supervise daily financial operations such as payroll and payment transactions.
  • Prepare accurate monthly accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Manage cash flow and credit control to meet business needs.
  • Ensure proper financial controls, compliance with laws, and coordination with auditors and tax agents.
  • Ensure full compliance with guideline, relevant laws and regulations, policy e.g. Approving Authority Policy, guidelines and ethical standards

Human Resources

  • Oversee administrative HR functions including daily operations, recruitment, employee relations, SOP and Guideline and training.
  • Handle manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and managing annual costs.
  • Assist Head of Postal Forum on performance appraisals arrangements and training programs, including needs analysis and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Any other HR tasks as required by Head of Postal Forum.

Administration and IT Support

  • Coordinate and resolve incidents impacting business operations.
  • Ensure effective technology and internet connectivity for all users and manage the Forum's website and vendor relations.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, procurement, and provide secretarial support.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Required Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in any related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and human resources or finance/ IT Support/ procurement.
  • Possess good interpersonal communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Meticulous, independent &analytical.
  • Strong leadership &managerial skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and creativity.
  • Good time management, planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent ability with Microsoft Office Applications; Outlook, Excel/Word, Powerpoint etc
