  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to handle all aspects of the corporate finance related activities of the group companies, including corporate planning, facilitating and completing such transactions;
  • Assist to prepare the Company's statutory obligations with Bursa Securities and the Securities Commission and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance at all times;
  • Assist to prepare announcement, circulars, submissions and any other documents relating to the corporate finance transactions undertaken by the Company;
  • Assist to prepare presentation proposals to the board of directors as and when required
  • Familiar with the various guidelines of the authorities such as Securities Commission ("SC"), Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Bank Negara ("BNM");
  • Must be able to advise the Company on the viability of the Proposals and able to suggest the various options or routes that are available and to recommend the best option that would meet the Company's requirements/objectives; and
  • to coordinate the works of the investment bankers, auditors, solicitors, valuers and other parties involved in a corporate exercise.

    • Competency Requirements:

  • Possess at least 3-5 years of corporate finance experience from an investment bank or securities firm or boutique advisory firm
  • Candidate must possess at least finance / Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience in audit will be added advantage
  • Fluent written and oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and/or write and read Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

    • Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience working in an Investment Bank is preferred
